1. About these terms

These terms apply to all private transfer and hourly charter bookings made with Sawasdee Phuket. Completing a booking means you agree to them.

2. Bookings and confirmation

Advance booking is required. After payment you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Please check the date, time, pickup point, and flight details, and contact us at once if anything needs to change.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) as a flat rate per trip for the whole vehicle, up to the passenger limit for that class. Airport transfer prices are per way and apply to all areas in Phuket.

4. What is included

Inclusions are listed on each transfer page. VVIP Denza charter excludes overtime (THB 550 per hour), parking, attraction tickets, a tour guide, and out-of-area surcharges. Confirm any additional costs for other packages with the team.

5. Pickup and waiting time

For airport pickups a representative meets you at the arrivals exit (Gate 2) with a name sign. VVIP Denza airport transfers include up to 2 hours of waiting from the scheduled pickup time. Confirm waiting arrangements for other vehicles when booking.

6. Cancellation

Bookings are non-refundable. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the service date. The Cancellation & Refunds page forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Passenger insurance is included with VVIP Denza charter. Sawasdee Phuket is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or flight changes, though we will do what we reasonably can to adjust.
