Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation is possible before the 24-hour cutoff, but the booking remains non-refundable.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the service date are also non-refundable; changes within this period are not accepted.
• All deadlines use Phuket local time.
• If weather prevents the service from operating, an alternative date will be offered.
• If a service is cancelled because its minimum traveller requirement is not met, an alternative date or experience will be offered.
