How long will the driver wait at the airport?
VVIP Denza airport transfers include up to 2 hours of waiting from the scheduled pickup at no extra charge. Confirm waiting arrangements for other vehicle classes with the team. Please share your flight number when booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-refundable. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the service date. Cut-off times follow Phuket local time.
What is the overtime charge on hourly charter?
VVIP Denza charter overtime is THB 550 per hour beyond the booked 4 or 8 hours. Service time starts from the scheduled pickup. Confirm overtime charges for Commuter and VIP H1 with the team.
Can I add a baby seat?
Yes. You can add baby seats when you book for THB 200 per seat.
Which area do you cover?
Airport transfers are a flat rate for all areas in Phuket, one way. Hourly charter also applies in the Phuket area. Trips to Phang Nga or Krabi carry an out-of-area surcharge.
How many passengers can each vehicle take?
Commuter vans seat up to 10 passengers. VIP H1 and VVIP Denza vehicles seat up to 5. Prices are a flat rate per trip for the whole vehicle.
